A busca pela menina Ana Sophia Gomes dos Santos, de oito anos, continuou neste domingo (16) com procura em novas áreas e retorno a locais já buscados anteriormente. A informação foi confirmada ao ClickPB pelo major Fernando Oliveira, comandante do 3º Batalhão do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar.Ana Sophia desapareceu no dia 4 deste mês quando saiu de casa, no distrito de Roma, em Bananeiras, no Brejo paraibano, para brincar na casa de uma vizinha. Desde o desaparecimento, policiais militares, civis, bombeiros e voluntários participam de uma força-tarefa para tentar localizar a menina.
Durante as investigações, a Polícia Civil colheu depoimentos de amigos, familiares e vizinhos e executou mandados de busca e apreensão. As hipóteses mais prováveis para o caso são de sequestro ou homicídio com ocultação de cadáver.
De acordo com o major, os bombeiros continuam utilizando drones e cães farejadores e, neste domingo, refizeram trajetos feitos anteriormente para tentar descobrir possíveis pistas despercebidas nas primeiras buscas.
“A força-tarefa continua e estamos refazendo buscas em algumas áreas, mantendo as ações com nossos cães farejadores, drones, viaturas e pessoas a pé”, afirmou o major, que comanda as ações de buscas por Sophia.
